S E E D is working alongside Mitchell Taylor Workshop to create a setting for a contemporary new build house in a valley location on the edge of the Cotswold AONB.  The overall design manipulates the sloping land to create usable spaces directly associated with the building, which then link to the more naturalistic gardens beyond. A small terrace for produce, relaxing and dining is proposed adjacent to the kitchen and living areas. The planting is largely naturalistic with three main habitats; meadows, woodland and orchard, that provide a soft, informal setting for the house.
